2. What Data We Process

Technical data	Device states, battery and signal values, and events from your alarm systems connected via Ajax Systems
Connection data	Access and login logs, IP addresses, time of use

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Ajax Bridge portal (service delivery)
• Invoicing and performance of the contractual relationship
• Support and customer communication

4. Legal Basis

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract for use of the Ajax Bridge portal or for carrying out pre-contractual measures.

5. Retention Period

• Customer data (master data, billing data): 7 years, in accordance with statutory retention obligations
• Events from your alarm system (e.g. alarm, tamper and arm/disarm events): 12 months
• Technical logs (access and system logs): 30 days

6. Recipients / Disclosure to Third Parties

To provide our services, we use the following processors and third-party providers:

• Ajax Systems – manufacturer of the alarm systems and operator of the Ajax Cloud to which your system is connected
• Stripe – payment processing
• World4You – email delivery
• Hetzner – hosting of the server infrastructure

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
